Speakers:

AI agents can plan tasks, write code and run tests today. In day-to-day project work, things look less shiny: results vary, reviews get tedious, and nobody really knows how far to trust the agent – and when it’s better to take over yourself. Somewhere between the slick demo and the merged pull request, the promise of autonomy often turns into a lot of babysitting.

We show how we do it in our team at XXXLutz, unpolished. What has worked for us, where did we fail, and what did we learn about ourselves as a team along the way? No recipe and no one right way – just an honest look into our workshop, with a live demo. You’ll see the setup we work with today, the rules we gave our agents along the way, and the questions we haven’t answered yet – plus what we’re working on right now to improve the way we work. Something to borrow from, question and build on.

Bojan Spasevski, Oliver Buchmann and Andreas Willich are part of a TechTalk team that develops software for XXXLutz, where they use agents every day. Their experience comes from real project work, not from a lab – with all the rough edges that come with it. The talk combines an experience report with a live demo and leaves room for questions and discussion.
